Artifacts Source

🤖 AI Drafted (Not reviewed)

Emit a document’s existing artifacts as text — a transcription, a review, a translation — so a downstream tool runs on what an earlier step produced instead of on the page image. Pick the artifact type; the newest of that type wins unless you ask for all.

What it reads

This tool takes no inputs.

What it emits

Port Type Required What it is
Records (records) array — One {doc_id, text} per artifact, in document order.
Text (text) text — All emitted artifact text, joined — for single-input tools.
Documents (documents) json — The documents whose artifacts were emitted, so results link back to the right page.
Count (count) number — How many artifacts were emitted.

Options

Option Type Default What it does
artifact_type string transcription Which artifact to read — e.g. transcription, transcription_review, translation.
step_name string — Optional: only artifacts written by this step. Names the PASS when several share a type — the final review rather than the first.
which string latest latest: the newest artifact of that type per document — the usual intent, since a third review supersedes the first. all: every one, for comparison. One of: latest, all.

The prompt it sends

This tool does not send a prompt — it does its work in code.
